Cycling in Berlin

An aggressive car driver started to honk madly and cut in on me so I nearly felt ofCareful please. 4 my bike.
The thing is that this was not an exception but a typical situation for me and thousands of other riders in our capital city.

Some rules for writing numbers in a text.
